If you don't know about licenses, this website is very informative and has a "choose your license" helpful tool at the bottom: https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/
Once you have chosen your license, you can add it to the itch.io metadata tab of your project as well as your project description! That way people know the conditions in which to use your lush, lush music.
